Message Forms & Manuals Emergency Communications Courses Online! - As part of their Certification and Continuing Education program, the ARRL is now offering two courses online: Level I -- Introduction to Emergency Communications Course (EC-001), and Level II -- Intermediate Emergency Communications Course (EC-002) . On-line courses open regularly once a month, with registration available on the Web. Registration for the Level I Emergency Communications Course (EC-001) opens each month on or about the second Monday at 4 PM Eastern Time. Two weeks later, registration opens for the Level II Emergency Communications Course (EC-002). The cost for these classes is $40.00 for ARRL members, and $70.00 for non members. The nets are conducted on the following repeaters:
